General information, not legal advice
The information on this website is provided by Ngwenya & Associates for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. No attorney-client relationship is created by your use of this website or by any message sent through the contact form.
What we collect through the contact form
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, telephone number (optional), the practice area you select and your message. We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and, where you go on to instruct us, to open your matter.
Each enquiry is stored on this website, where only authorised staff of the firm can view it, and a copy is emailed to the firm. Please do not send confidential or privileged information through the form until an attorney has confirmed the appropriate channel.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful, so we can improve the website. It sets cookies (named _ga) that record things like the pages you view, how long you stay and roughly where you are visiting from (city or country). It does not tell us who you are, and we do not use it for advertising. Google processes this information for us under its own privacy terms. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
If you sign in to the client or staff area, the website also sets the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting the firm using the details below.
No conflict of interest
Ngwenya & Associates adheres to a strict “no conflict of interest” policy, to avoid any prejudice, actual or potential, to its clients.
