Nkosana Admire Ngwenya
Nkosana founded Ngwenya & Associates in January 2018. He is an admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public of the Courts of Botswana and a member of the Law Society of Botswana, which means he can take a matter from advice to court, register a property transfer, or notarise a document without you needing a second firm.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Botswana in 2015 and began his career as a professional assistant at Kanjabanga & Associates. There he was part of the strategy and drafting team on high-profile litigation, appearing in court on matters such as Varsha Enterprises v PPADB and Zambezi Motors and the BPOPF v CMB.
Since then his work has covered debt collection and repossessions, banking, civil and commercial litigation, conveyancing and notarial work, deceased estates, insurance, aviation, constitutional and human rights law, professional and medical negligence claims, and FIDIC construction contracts.
