Mr. Ngwenya is the founder of Ngwenya & Associates, an admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public of the Courts of Botswana and a registered member of the Law Society of Botswana. A law graduate of the University of Botswana (LLB, 2015), he began his career at Kanjabanga & Associates before establishing his own practice in 2018. He has handled high-profile matters including Varsha Enterprises v PPADB & Zambezi Motors and BPOPF v CMB.
